Lead D365 Developer & Technical Solution Architect

Radiometer is launching a strategic business program where we are replacing current ways of working and outdated business applications with new globally aligned processes, policies, and data as well as introducing a new modern application landscape with Microsoft Dynamics 365FO as our new ERP platform. Over the course of 2024, we will onboard 15 new Radiometer associates, as well as partner up with best-in-class partners, to deliver on an ambitious program roadmap.  

We are looking for

 a Dynamics 365 Lead Developer and Technical Solution Architect who will be responsible for leading the development and overseeing the technical architecture of our D365FO platform including ISVs and other integrated solutions.  

This position is part of the Digital & IT organization located in Brønshøj and will be working in a hybrid setting but primarily onsite. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses. 

You will be a part of the Global ERP Development & Support team and report to the Senior Manager of Global ERP Development & Support responsible for our Global ERP platforms. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Lead and oversee technical Dynamics 365FO implementations.  
  • Communicate technical requirements to development and integration teams, overseeing development.  
  • Ensure proper documentation of the solution, including technical design documents.
  • Analyze and suggest improvements to technical design specifications including best practice.
  • Design the overall technical architecture of Dynamics 365FO, including the underlying infrastructure.  

The essential requirements of the job include: 

  • Master’s degree or a similar academic degree within a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or related work experience. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a senior Dynamics 356FO Developer. 
  • Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365FO.
  • Experience in leading the development in a large Dynamics 365FO program. 
  • Keeping up to date on new Dynamics 365FO functionality and being proactive on continuous improvements of the technology platform. 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

  • Excellent communication and team cooperative skills  
  • English fluent both verbally and in writing
